 Payments

Cashify Store accepts all VISA & MasterCard branded cards for payments. We also accept payment via Netbanking.  Additionally, we also accept payment via RuPay, Freecharge, Mobikwik & Airtel Money.

COD is currently unavailable for Mobiles and Mobile Accessories.

 

Shipping

Cashify Store currently offers FREE shipping on all orders. Customers usually receive their orders within 3-10 business days.

Replacement/ Refund

Cashify Store offers a one-time Replacement on Manufacturing Defects, wrong product delivered and/or Damage. Please intimate us on store@cashify.in within 7 days of receiving the product.

Please include relevant images showing the defective/ damaged product and we shall promptly ship a replacement to you.

Incase of any issues with the Replacement product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it. Cashify maintains high QC standards with all its sellers and it is our utmost priority that you receive the best quality products only.   

Please note that refund for cancelled/returned orders may take 5 to 6 days to be processed.

Order not Received

In case you do not receive your order withing the stipulated time, please contact us on email. We shall resolve your query withing 48 hours and issue a refund/ replacement order.

 

Order Cancelled

In the rare case that your order is cancelled from our side due to any reason (QC not cleared, inventory unavailable etc.), you will receive a cancellation email on your registered email ID and your amount shall be refunded in full against your original method of payment.

 

Product Unavailable

In case you are not able to find products relevant to your smartphone model, please leave a message for us on store@cashify.in

We shall try our best to make it available for you as soon as possible.
