1. Payments -
Cashify Store accepts all VISA & MasterCard branded cards for payments. We also accept payment via Netbanking, UPI & via Wallets including Ola Money, JioMoney, Freecharge, Airtel Money, Payzapp & Mobikwik. Additionally, we have a number of EMI options for easy payment in instalments. You can now avail ZERO per cent EMI with ZestMoney*. Logon to www.zestmoney.in to create your account in 3 easy steps. 2. Shipping -
Cashify Store currently offers FREE shipping on all orders. Customers usually receive their orders within 3-10 business days. Most of our orders are dispatched within 2 working days (excluding Sundays and Public Holidays). In case a particular item runs out of stock, Cashify Store offers you the option of refund or replacement with a similar product of equal or higher value. Post dispatch of your order, you will receive a tracking ID where you can track the status of your order. 3. Replacement/Returns -
Cashify Store offers 7-day Free Replacement on manufacturing defects, wrong product delivered and/or physical damage. Please intimate us on store@cashify.in within 7 days of receiving the product (in the case of the manufacturing defect/ wrong product received). In the case of damaged product received, we offer a 24-hour FREE Replacement. Please include relevant images showing the defective/ damaged product and we shall promptly ship a replacement to you. Cashify maintains high QC standards with all its sellers and it is our utmost priority that you receive the best quality products only.

4. Refurbishment Warranty -
Cashify Store maintains high QC standards with all its Refurbished (High-Quality Repair) Devices. It is our utmost priority that you receive Excellent Grade Refurbished Devices only. We also offer a 6 month FREE Repair warranty. For more information on our Warranty Policy for refurbished phones, please visit http://www.phonepro.in/warranty.html. In the case of damaged product received, we offer a 4-hour FREE Repair/Replacement of your phone. For any queries/ complaints regarding your PhonePro order, please contact us at warranty@cashify.in An order can be cancelled if the cancellation request is placed within 8 hours of placing the order. Cashify Store currently charges a 2% cancellation fee for all orders cancelled within 8 hours of placing it.

5. Order Not Received -
In case you do not receive your order within the stipulated time, please contact us on email. We shall respond to you within one business day and issue a refund/ fresh order.

6. Order Cancellation -
Cashify Store now offers the option of cancellation of an order within 8 hours of placing the order OR before order dispatch, whichever is earlier. An order cannot be cancelled post-dispatch of the products. We charge a 2% cancellation processing fee for all orders cancelled within 8 hours of placing it. In case a particular item runs out of stock after placing the order, Cashify Store offers you the option of complete refund or replacement with a similar product of equal or higher value. In the rare case that your order is cancelled from our side (QC not cleared, inventory unavailable etc.), you will receive a cancellation email on your registered email ID and your amount shall be refunded in full against your original method of payment.

7. Request for New Products -
